We only collect what is reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry or coordinate a transfer, and we encourage you not to share more sensitive medical detail than needed through the website form — our coordination team will ask for full clinical details directly over phone or WhatsApp.

10 Booking, Cancellations & Charges
Charter and transfer costs depend on aircraft type, distance, medical crew requirements and urgency, and are confirmed with you before a transfer is booked. Because flights and medical crews are arranged specifically for each patient, cancellations after confirmation may involve charges already committed to aircraft operators or medical teams — our coordination team will explain any applicable charges clearly at the time of booking.
11 Limitation of Liability
While we take every reasonable step to coordinate a safe and timely transfer, air ambulance services can be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, air traffic clearances, aircraft availability, hospital bed availability and the patient's medical condition. To the extent permitted by law, Adonai MedJets is not liable for delays or outcomes arising from such factors, or from the independent acts of third-party doctors, hospitals or aviation partners.

This policy and any use of our website or services are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having authority over our registered place of business.
